Year 10 Join Forces with North London Collegiate School

This month a selection of students took part in a debating programme, which saw them paired with students from North London Collegiate School in Edgeware. Heathland pupils had to contact students from the all girls school via email to plan their debates before the visit, which took place last week.  The debates ranged from ideas about Current Affairs to Music.

‘It was a really interesting way to meet new people and also learn new debating techniques, and we had fun’, one Year 10 pupil explained.  A big thank you to Miss Carter for arranging it.
