(Term time only – 38 weeks + 5 Inset Days, 36 hours per week)
The Heathland School is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced mentor to join the successful Inclusion Team.
Working as part of a well-established Mentoring Programme, you will collaborate with teachers and other pastoral staff to remove barriers to learning for identified pupils and to facilitate the best possible education for vulnerable pupils as well as working with a range of outside agencies.
The successful candidate will be an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, ideally with at least two years’ experience of working with young people of secondary school age.
