All pupils are encouraged to participate in extra-curricular activities and are given opportunities to take on additional roles and responsibilities. Older students have further opportunities which include mentoring, volunteering, leading extra-curricular activities and acting as positive ambassadors for the school, within their tutor group and year group. These activities provide unique opportunities for pupils to develop communication, interpersonal and leadership skills that are invaluable for their future and prized by universities and employers.
